ESENCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, S.L. tratará la información facilitada por los Usuarios en cada uno de los apartados del sitio web con la siguientes finalidades:

Data retention criteria.
ESENCIAL MEDIA MARKETING, S.L. will retain the data as long as there is a legitimate interest and as long as the data subject does not object to their processing.

Additionally, the User may request information at any time regarding the exercise of their rights from the Spanish Data Protection Agency. If the exercise of their rights has not been properly addressed or satisfied, the User may file the corresponding claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at Calle de Jorge Juan, 6, 28001, Madrid, telephone 912663517.
2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, Users expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to process their request, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof. The RESPONSIBLE PARTY informs and guarantees that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the User. If all the data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services supplied will be fully tailored to the User’s needs.
